Introductory Meeting
A Franchise Representative meets you at the Juice Heaven corporate store to introduce you
to our operation and provide you with the
Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC).

Franchise Agreement
If you are approved, you may sign the Franchise Agreement.

| Step 6. |
Orientation
In orientation we will cover all initial topics such as planning, budgeting, financing, equipment, site selection, lease negotiation, store design
and construction. |

Site Selection/Financing
The processes of selecting the perfect site and obtaining financing begin.

Franchisee Training Program
The training program will mostly take place at the
corporate store where detailed discussions of the Juice Heaven Operating Manual and Company Policy Handbook will cover all
development issues, operating, management, and hands-on training procedures.

Construction
During construction, hiring and orientation of employees takes place. Upon Completion of
construction, initial inventory is ordered and the store is set-up.

On site training and field support including initial store opening and as much continued on-going support as necessary. |
